Bryan Meyers

Hello, my name is Bryan Meyers and I would love the opportunity to help you achieve the body you only have dreamed of with a new outlook on life and nutrition!

I’m a passionate health & fitness entrepreneur dedicated to helping YOU be proud of the person you see in the mirror.

Born and raised in Somerset, PA, my fitness journey began when I was in high school playing football as a middle linebacker!

Today I’m proud to be able to share my love and knowledge of health, fitness and nutrition with all my clients from all around the world!

Many of my clients think of me as their “therapist”… they come to me to look and feel great… but they walk away with a total transformation that goes much deeper than just a “good” workout.

Years Of Experience

In The Fitness Industry

2+ Years as an ISSA Certified
Personal Trainer

It completely fascinates me how uniquely different we all really are and what I’ve learned is that what worked a year ago might not necessarily work now! So you are always evolving and getting better by the day!

Just like my clients, fitness has transformed my life, mentally, emotionally, and physically.  The gym actually saved my life in many ways.

As a personal trainer and fitness coach, I understand what it is to overcome massive obstacles.  I know all too well what it’s like to hit rock bottom.  I know what it’s like to go through tremendous amounts of pain, anger, and frustration.  I’ve been there.

I also know that my past experience has helped me become a better fitness trainer, mentor & coach, and allows me to help my clients overcome their obstacles as well.

Prior to becoming a certified ISSA Personal Trainer, I worked as an over the road semi-truck driver.

Living the life of a long-haul trucker can be grueling and incredibly hard on the body, and your health and wellness can suffer significantly if proper diet, exercise and rest are ignored.

There were times when I was on the road for weeks at a time and at one point I ballooned up to over 300lbs!

I missed out on so many special occasions such as our children’s birthdays, plays, sports events and most of all… them growing up!  Then throw in a couple anniversaries and wife’s birthdays {Not a good idea folks!}

Then the big whammy hit.  My health started to suffer from my sedentary lifestyle which was leading me to high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and high cholesterol.  The ultimate slam was needing a full hip replacement, due to lack of blood supply in my right hip, at the young age of 30!

Words can’t even describe where I was at this point!

I knew exactly what to do for my health but was so far down I couldn’t fathom being able to get back up and fight back!  So I did what many people do and chalk it up to “well life is just one obstacle after another.

I then began abusing alcohol to drown out the negative thoughts that had by now fully consumed my person!  It really was by the grace of God and a very loving, understanding {very persistent} wife that I finally started taking strides toward a brighter future with nutrition and physical activity!

My motto in life is

“One good Decision

at a time.”

So, I figured out a way to control my nutrition and get some exercise in while I was over the road.   I purchased resistance bands and started to figure out ways to attach them to my semi truck and began doing basic movements.  I started walking at least 1 mile every day rain or shine! Once I started to become stronger I decided that in order to progress from here I needed more equipment so I joined Anytime Fitness.  This is a gym that had quite a few locations throughout the country and a lot of them would fit my 70’ vehicle in their parking lots!

I then started to realize fitness is a lot like becoming out of shape “it takes time.”  Just like we don’t get out of shape and fat overnight or even in a month we can’t expect to get in shape and slim overnight or in a month! There will be obstacles in whatever path you choose in life, the only thing that matters is the quality of your life while going through them!

My Clients

My clients trust me with their diet and exercise plan and they know that I will change their bodies if they listen. There’s nothing more satisfying than seeing my clients push weights they never thought they could and the look they get when they realize “it’s working.”

As an ISSA Certified Trainer & Nutritionist, I can create a specialized, individualized program that will assist you in your personal goals; whether that be building lean muscle, or changing body composition, or simply lose the fat!

I will help you feel better about yourself and help you have a more positive outlook on life. Regardless of any addictions, struggles, or challenges you have, YOU can live a healthy and happy life.

How I Can Help You

I motivate and encourage my clients and push them when they need to push themselves to do better. As your trainer, I will be 100% in your corner, inspiring you all the way!  This is my commitment to myself and to all my clients.

I’ve dedicated my life to empowering my clients to live up to their full potential and to not let life’s obstacles hold them back.

My goal is to help more and more people around the world be able to look at their bodies and to be proud of what they see in the mirror. The time for self-hatred, doubt and self-judgment needs to come to an end.

Even at age 38, I work on myself every single day.  Now is the time for us to all know and believe that our decisions and efforts affect our lives either negatively or positively.

If you’ve read this far, then I know you hear me.  I know what I’m saying resonates with your soul. You are like me.  Driven. Motivated. Inspired.  And ready for total lifestyle transformation.

I want you to connect with me!  Join us on our Instagram Page or on Facebook and please say “Hi”.  I would love to hear from you!

I’m here to help you be proud of yourself, to embrace your struggles and acknowledge your milestones.

I look forward to helping you achieve your goals no matter what they are! Let’s do this together because remember no one gets through this life successfully on their own!

Best regards,
Bryan Meyers
