Our BNB app allows you to workout anywhere, anytime! Your workouts and nutrition is totally customized for you and to help you get maximum results in the shortest amount of time possible! Simply log in to your program and the app keeps track of everything for you, so you don’t have to!
Each month, different awesome workouts will magically appear in your dashboard area of your mobile app. These workouts target the major muscle groups, using compound movement exercises to burn maximum calories and burn fat quickly. You get a different type or routine each month. For example, month one may be a 3x week full body workout with 2x week cardio. Then for month two, a 4x week split with dynamic stretching 2x week. For month three, you may get a 5x week 30min circuit that is designed with few breaks to keep your heart rate up!
