It’s Bryan & Leslie Meyers here.

We are both so excited you’re here!  We’re especially excited because over the last 3 months our team has been working day and night to create something incredible to share with our community.

We are both personal trainers and the founders of Better Naked Body Fitness.  We are a husband and wife team that are passionate about helping our clients achieve total body transformation and self-confidence!

First… we want to acknowledge you for being here.  We both believe that the fact that you’ve found us is not an accident… you’re here for a reason… and the fact that you are here proves how dedicated you really are to achieving total body and health transformation!

Many of our clients come to us because they’re tired of struggling with losing weight on their own.  They desperately want to see results… and they want to do it in a way that fits their lifestyle.

They’re not interested in extreme workouts, or ridiculous diets where they have to eat the same thing day in and day out. They also don’t want to “kill themselves in the gym” just to look and feel good.

Our clients come from varying backgrounds and have a multitude of educational, career, and life experiences.

They’re people just like you!

People that want results and are willing to work hard for them… they are committed to bettering their lives and are willing to make smart lifestyle changes so that they can finally have their dream body, improve their health and fitness… and have a happier, more positive outlook on life!

So, without further adieu, we want to introduce to you our “Better Naked Academy” personal training membership!  

It’s our global coaching program where our clients get access to us, regardless of where they live, or what their personal health & fitness goals are.

We’ve been helping transform lives for the last 8 years!

We’ve both undergone rigorous training, earned a number of coaching credentials, including ISSA Certification.

During these past 8 years, we’ve had the pleasure of working with over 73 clients, and we’ve been able to help them overcome MANY of the hurdles that have been preventing them from achieving true success.

“In 2017, I joined a gym wanting to make a committed changed. I was connected with Bryan to start a work out program. I was betting he would think I was a lost cause.
